Scott Schwant, Broker-Sales

Scott Schwant has a diverse background being a graduate from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Scott was employed as a District Conservationist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service where he worked for 9 years.  He then pursued a career with the Kansas Highway Patrol as a State Trooper where he met Kristina and appreciated the aspects of her hometown (Holts Summit, Missouri).

Scott and Kristina McMichael-Schwant joined in her father's love for real estate
and opened a Real Estate office in Holts Summit. He is enjoying being a part of the McMichael tradition. Scott's background in natural resources compliments Henry's background in subdividing land.

Scott is a member of St. Andrew's parish and is actively involved in the Knights of Columbus. He is also a member of the Home Builders Association (HBA), National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors. He has been a member of the Holts Summit Betterment Association since its origination.
