How We Got Started
McMichael Realty of Holts Summit is a family business owned and operated by third and fourth generation McMichaels from the Holts Summit area. Since we were all born-and-raised right here, We Know The Holts Summit Area. Even better, our reputation is one of honesty and integrity and that is what you will hear first about us.
As a hands-on company, we thoroughly enjoy helping individuals, such as you, to sell and (or) find homes. Henry McMichael instilled in all of his children a hard work ethic which is very much a part of who we are today. From building, subdividing, farming, and rentals, we have personally been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry and truly feel real estate is one of the best investments one can make.
At McMichael, we're continually learning more about our profession through continuing education, classes, seminars, and plenty of on-the-job experience. It is rare to be able to say we all have our Brokers license, yet we have each been trained to run our own office. McMichael Realty even has its own professional consultant who does educational classes just for our company. We're well-informed and know our business.

Any listing with McMichael Realty will be entered into this massive database so other Realtors will have access to the listing information, photos, restrictions, plats, aerials, virtual tours, etc., thus allowing all participating Realtors to join our team in selling your house. Essentially hundreds of trained individuals are working on your behalf.
Jefferson City News Tribune - Home Buyers Guide
The Homebuyers Guide is a weekly insert in the Friday paper which goes out to about 22,000 people each week. McMichael Realty has always done a full-page ad. Additionally, we place listings in the Classifieds section of the News Tribune which will also be available at NewsTribune.com. We take our listings seriously and we cover all the bases to sell your home... quickly.
